Group Fitness Classes Enrolling In March

Group Fitness in Scottsdale is for anyone who needs a more goal-oriented workout plan with the camaraderie and support that group training offers. At TRICORE, our groups are limited to a maximum of 6 people to manage individual goals and performance. If you want to see quick and lasting results, this is your answer! We offer three different programs under Semi Private Training sessions:

Traditional Pilates Classes:

We use a combination of Pilates reformers, Pilates Chairs and matwork in our classes. We take an athletic approach to Pilates classes by designing programs that will continuously challenge the strength of our clients while focusing on quality movement.

Kinesis and Pilates Chair:

This functional training class focuses on movement. Both the Kinesis Wall and the Pilates Chair offers zero-impact exercises for wellness-seekers of all levels of fitness and ability, weather they are working on balance,strength or flexibility.
