Simply Pilates

Restore stability to your body and mind while building core strength and increasing your flexibility in our 60-minute reformer Pilates class. Based on traditional Pilates principles, each class is designed to help you connect with your breath while moving through low-impact exercises.

Foundation

BUILD STRENGTH,
FIND BALANCE

Our foundational, full-body workout breaks down the basics of movement. Starting with 30-minutes of stability and balance training, followed by 30-minutes of reformer Pilates, you’ll build your strength then reward your body for its hard work.

Fire

Unleash your inner warrior and engage every muscle with this high-intensity, full-body workout. Incorporating  30-minutes of cardio and strength movements with
30-minutes of reformer Pilates, this class is the best of both worlds. We recommend starting with our Foundation class before taking a Fire class.
